聘任协议EMPLOYMENTCONTRACT聘任方:受聘方:Employer:Employee:受聘方(如下称为外籍教师)自愿来到大同我校担任英语教师。聘任方和外籍教师本着友好合作的精神，同意签定协议并保证认真履行协议中约定的各项义务。TheEmployee(hereafterreferredtoas“ForeignTeacher”)willinglycomestoDatongtobeateacheratourschool.TheEmployerandtheForeignTeacher,inaspiritoffriendlycooperation,agreetosignthiscontractandpledgetoalltheobligationsstipulatedinit..一、外籍教师职责ForeignTeacher’sDutiesandResponsibilities1.协议期间，外籍教师需遵守我校的工作时间与我校规定，并且不容许在协议期内辞职。TheForeignTeachershouldcomplywiththescheduleandregulationsofourschool,andhe/shemustnotresignduringthecontractterm.2.外籍教师应使用聘任方提供的教学材料，制定合适的教学计划，保证教学质量。TheForeignTeacherwillusetheteachingmaterialsprovidedbytheEmployerandwilldevelopanappropriateteachingplan.TheForeignTeachershouldapplythisteachingplantoensurethedeliveryofhigh-qualitylessons.3.外籍教师重要的工作内容：TheForeignTeacher’smainworkingcontents:a)讲授语音课与口语课。ToteachOralEnglishLesson.b)担任口语大赛的评委。TobeajudgeintheOralEnglishCompetition.c)组织备课和与家长学生互动活动。Topreparelessonsbeforeclassandorganizeinteractionactivitieswithparentsandstudents.d)若教课时间有变动，应服从聘任方的安排，不得有异议。Ifthescheduleoftheclassesischanged,theForeignTeachershouldobeytheemployer’sarrangementwithnoobjection.e)工作时间：_______年_______月至_______年_______月，每周六上午8:30-11:30。每节课50分钟，每节课后休息10分钟。Workingtime：EverySaturdaymorning8:30-11:30,fromSeptembertoJanuary.Fiftyminuteseachclass,aftereachclasshavetenminutesrest.4.外籍教师在上课时间不得迟到，若迟到5分钟以上，每次罚款50元。TheForeignTeachermustnotbelateforschool.Ifhe/sheislateforschoolover5minuteseachtime,itwillbeapenaltyof50RMBeachtime.5.外籍教师在外做的一切（包括文秀）都与本校无关。TheForeignTeacherdoanythingoutside（including文秀）whatisunconcernedwiyhourschool.二、聘任方职责Employer’sDutiesandResponsibilities1.聘任方将对外籍教师的工作进行指导和评价。TheEmployerwillprovideguidanceandevaluationoftheForeignTeacher’swork.2.聘任方将安排一位中教协助外籍教师讲课。AChineseteacherwillbearrangedtoassisttheForeignTeacherinteaching.3.聘任方支付给外籍教师每月人民币_______元。TheEmployerwillprovideasalaryofRMB______permonthtotheForeignTeacher.4.聘任方会保证外籍教师讲课量到达每周至少3小时，每月至少12小时。TheEmployerwillensurethatforeignteachersteachingquantitytoachieveatleast3hoursweekly,monthlyforatleast12hours.三、协议的终止TerminationofContract1.如外籍教师违反聘任方的工作制度或者协议的其他条款，聘任方有权告知外籍教师终止协议。此状况，当月无任何薪酬与补助。IftheForeignTeacherfailstoperformhis/herdutiesandresponsibilitiesasshownintheEmployer'sworkingregulationsandthecontract,thecontractwillbeterminatedimmediately.Inthissituation,theForeignTeacherwillnotreceiveanysalaryandtrafficallowanceofthismonth.2.如聘任方认为外籍教师体现不佳，聘任方有权立即终止协议，外籍教师只能得到已工作的薪酬。IftheForeignTeacherfailstoperformwellinteachingatthediscretionoftheEmployer,thecontractwillbeterminatedin3days,buttheForeignTeacherwillonlyreceivethesalaryofthedaysthathe/shehasworked.3.如外籍教师在协议期内辞职，聘任方有权不支付外籍教师任何薪酬与补助。IftheForeignTeacherresignsduringthecontractterm,theEmployhastherightnottopayanysalaryortrafficallowanceofthismonthtohim/her.四、协议期限ContractTerm本聘任协议有效期自_______________起至____________止。Thisemploymentcontractwillbeeffectivefrom____________to____________(DD/MM/YY).聘任方：受聘方：Employer:Employee:负责人（签字）外籍教师（签字）ResponsiblepersonForeignTeacher(signature)日期：…………………………………………..Date:…………………………………………
