摘要伴随国内经济水平在最近一段时间得到较快的发展,我国能源需求量不断增多,与之相关的管道运输安全也开始被各界人士所关注。国内能源运输管道错综复杂,表现出距离长、建设时间久远的特征,对管道检测效率与质量都带来较大的难度。在目前此类缺陷检测方式中,漏磁方式在效率、安全、费用等部分具备明显的优点。在漏磁检测设备中,通常使用永磁体对管道实施励磁,在励磁时期需要处理磁路设计和改善、永磁体几何尺寸、和管道之间的材料特性等问题,处理上述现实问题对提升漏磁检测的效率与提升结果精准度具有较大的帮助。本文主要对管道漏磁内检测的主要问题开展分析,探索相关科技和对磁路计算问题开展大致分析。以麦克斯韦方程作为磁路计算的基础、磁性材料的选择、磁化方式的选择,磁化强度的选择,从整体上对磁路计算问题有了轮廓性的描述。通过用对永磁体的轴向长度,径向厚度,周向宽度,磁间距等各个方面对油管进行仿真,利用仿真结果指出永磁体几何参数对磁化功能的影响,此处永磁体的周向宽度对磁化作用的影响相对突出。利用对比选择符合的尺寸。油管中也许出现的问题主要是纵向与横向缺陷两部分。依照实际应用环境和现实需求,选择效率高、敏锐度高的测试方式。根据油管和探头的运动形式,全面分析不同的系统实现方式。关键词;油管缺陷,漏磁检测,仿真,永磁体,油管传送MagneticFluxLeakageDetectionandTubingTransmissionTechnologyAbstractAlongwithourcountryeconomiclevelinrecentyears,therapidincreaseofthenationalenergydemandalsoincreasesdaybyday,thepipelinetransportofenergysecurityalsonotsallowtoignore.Theenergycomplexpipelinedistributioninourcountry,hasthecharacteristicsoflongdistance,connectingthetimelong,detectionefficiencyandqualityofthepipesproducedagreattest.Haveacommoncauseofpipelinedefectssuchascorrosion,scratches,deformation,inavarietyofpipelinedefectdetectionmethod,themagneticfluxleakagetestingintermsofefficiency,safety,costisparticularlyprominentadvantages.Inmagneticfluxleakagedetectiondevice,mainlyforpermanentmagnetexcitationonpipematerial,thereisamagneticcircuitcalculation,theoptimizationdesignandpermanentmagnetgeometrysize,betweenpermanentmagnetandthepipematerials,permanentmagnetexcitationspeedimpactonexcitationeffectproblem,tosolvetheseproblemstoimprovetheefficiencyofthemagneticfluxleakagetestingandimprovetheprecisionoftheresultshavecertainhelp.Inthispaper,severalkeyproblemsinthepipelineleakagedetectionarestudied,themagneticfluxleakagedetectiontechnologyandthepreliminarystudyonthemagneticcircuitcalculationarestudied.Ofmagneticcircuitcalculationofpreliminaryresearch:choiceofMaxwell'sequationsasamagneticcircuitcalculationbased,magneticmaterials,magneticmagnet'soperatingpointdetermineandselectionandthefinalcircuitapproximatecalculation,fromthewholeofmagneticcircuitcalculationwiththedescriptionofthecontour.Simulationoftubingbyusingaxiallength,radialthickness,circumferentialwidth,andmagneticspacingofpermanentmagnets,Theeffectofthegeometricparametersofthepermanentmagnetonthemagnetizationisobtainedfromthesimulationresults.Thecircumferentialwidthofthepermanentmagnethasthemostsignificanteffectonthemagnetizationeffect.Selectthemostsuitablesizebycomparison.Thepossibledefectsinthetubingaredividedintotwomajorcategories,verticalandhorizontaldefects.Accordingtothefieldenvironmentanduserneeds,ahigh-speed,high-sensitivitymagneticfluxleakagedetectionmethodwasselected.Combiningthemovementoftubingandprobes,in-depthstudyofvariouspossibledetectionsystemimplementations目录第一章绪论.........................................................................................
