大学本科生毕业设计(论文)摘要造纸工业是世界公认的六大污染产业之一,也是中国污染最严重的行业之一。造纸工业的生产过程中所产生的废水量极为可观,而且废水中有机污染物种类多,成分复杂,如果不加处理而直接排放将会带来巨大的环境压力。因此,选择合适的工艺流程和技术手段对造纸废水进行处理从而使其达到国家要求的排放标准,对于生态文明建设和社会可持续发展都起到了积极作用。本设计为1000m³/d造纸废水处理工艺初步设计,综合分析各类造纸废水污染物指标后,设计拟定进水水质指标为:CODCr=1200mg/L,BOD5=300mg/L,SS=600mg/L,NH3-N=35mg/L,TN=40mg/L,TP=5.0mg/L。出水水质达到国家要求,主要指标为:CODCr==80mg/L,BOD5=20mg/L,SS=30mg/L,NH3-N=8mg/L,TN=12mg/L,TP=0.8mg/L。针对造纸废水的特点,本设计采用物化法与生化法相结合的三级处理体系,通过多种工艺的初步比选以及卡鲁塞尔氧化沟与SBR工艺的深入比选,最终确定“中格栅-调节池-平流沉淀池-水解酸化池-卡鲁塞尔氧化沟-竖流沉淀池-气浮池-紫外消毒渠”配合污泥浓缩、脱水的造纸废水处理方案。设计分为两部分内容,设计说明书涵盖造纸废水及其处理工概述、常见工艺介绍及比选、构筑物计算置图以及构筑物单体图等。本设计总占地面积本为69.65万元,折合吨水处理成本为1.91元/吨水。流程技术成熟、运行稳定可靠、管理便捷、操作简单,为造纸废水处理工程建设实施提供了一定的支撑-I-关键词:造纸废水,卡鲁塞尔氧化沟,气浮工艺,工程设计大学本科生毕业设计(论文)Preliminarydesignof1000m³/dpapermakingwastewatertreatmentprocessAbstractThepaperindustryisrecognizedasoneofthesixpollutingindustriesintheworldandoneofthemostpollutedindustriesinChina.Theentireproductionprocess,frompreparationtopaperconsumption,consumesalotofwaterresourcesandproducesalargeamountofindustrialwastewater.Thiskindofwastewaterhasthecharacteristicsoflargedischarge,highchromaandmanyfibersuspendedsolids.Ifthewastewaterisdischargeddirectlywithouttreatment,itwillbringgreatpressuretotheenvironment.Therefore,selectinganappropriateprocessmeanstotreatpapermakingwastewaterplaysapositiveroleinpromotingthesustainabledevelopmentofthesocialeconomyandreducingtheoperatingcostsofenterprises.Thisdesignisthepreliminarydesignof1000m³/dpapermakingwastewatertreatmentprocess.Aftercomprehensiveanalysisofvariouspollutantsofpapermakingwastewater,theinletwaterqualityisdeterminedasfollows:CODCr=1200mg/L,BOD5=300mg/L,SS=600mg/L,NH3-N=35mg/L,TN=40mg/L,TP=5.0mg/L.TheeffluentqualitymeetsPulpandpaperindustrywaterpollutantdischargestandards(GB3544-2008),themainindicatorsare:CODCr=80mg/L,BOD5=20mg/L,SS=30mg/L,NH3-N=8mg/L,TN=12mg/L,TP=0.8mg/L.Accordingtothecharacteristicsofthepapermakingwastewater,thisdesignusesthephysicalchemistrymethodsandbiologicalchemistrymethodsoftertiarytreatmentsystem,throughavarietyofprocessofpreliminarycomparisonandthedepthofthecarrouseloxidationditchandSBRprocesscomparison,"midllegrid-regulatingreservoir-horizontalsedimentationtank-hydrolysisacidificationpool-carrouseloxidationditch-verticalsedimentationtank-floatationtank-ultravioletsterilizer"wasselectedasthepapermakingwastewatertreatmentplan.Thedesignisdividedintotwoparts.Thedesigninstructioncoverstheoverviewofpapermakingwastewateranditstreatment,theintroductionandcomparisonofcommonprocesses,thecalculationofstructures,andtheoveralllayout.Thedesigndrawingsincludeplantlayout,elevationlayoutandseriousofsinglefigures.Thecoveringareaofthisplantisabout2115㎡.Theinfrastructureconstructioninvestmentisabout1.27millionyuan,theannualoperatingcostis0.70millionyuan,equivalenttoatonofwatertreatmentcostof1.9...
