I摘要《幼儿园教育指导纲要（试行）》中语言教育目标第五条明确指出：幼儿应达到“能听懂和会说普通话”。而3-4岁幼儿语音能力发展迅速，所以对小班幼儿进行语音教育既有必要又是可能的。幼儿园语音游戏作为游戏的一种，是幼儿语音教育的特殊形式，可以让幼儿在宽松自由的语言环境中发展其发音规范能力，那如何科学合理的组织幼儿语音游戏就显得十分重要。笔者通过问卷调查法了解幼儿园组织语音游戏的现状，根据小班幼儿的兴趣和年龄特点，对网上收集到的语音游戏内容进行筛选，总结适合小班幼儿的语音游戏内容：1.富有趣味性；2.具有地区特点；3.内容简短，便于幼儿理解；4.内容便于用动作表现。并作出有效组织语音游戏的策略假设；通过行动研究法，行动中验证、修改和完善小班语音游戏的组织策略：1.游戏前的准备工作要做足，保证游戏进行和趣味性；2.语音游戏目标设计要科学，保证目标的完整性；3.灵活改变语音游戏规则玩法，引导幼儿遵守游戏规则；4.投放游戏材料，引导幼儿自主游戏，掌握其发音方法。希望通过以上语音游戏组织策略，可以有效地提高小班幼儿的发音能力，同时可以为教师组织语音游戏提供宝贵的参考。关键词：小班幼儿；语音游戏；规范发音；组织策略AbstractArticle5oftheGuidelinesforKindergartenEducation(TrialImplementation)clearlystatesthatyoungchildrenshouldbe"abletounderstandandIIspeakMandarin".And3-4yearsoldchildren'sphoneticabilitydevelopsrapidly,soitisbothnecessaryandpossibletocarryonthephoneticeducationtothesmallclasschildren.Asakindofgame,kindergartenvoicegameisaspecialformofchildren'svoiceeducation,whichcanmakechildrendeveloptheirpronunciationstandardabilityinarelaxedandfreelanguageenvironment,sohowtoorganizechildren'svoicegamescientificallyandreasonablyisveryimportant.Theauthorunderstandsthepresentsituationoforganizingvoicegamesinkindergartenbyquestionnaire,accordingtotheinterestandyearofsmallclasschildrenagecharacteristics,theonlinecollectionofvoicegamecontentscreening,summedupsuitableforsmallclasschildrenvoicegamecontent:1.fulloffun;2.withregionalcharacteristics;3.shortcontent,easyforyoungchildrentounderstand;4.contentiseasytoexpresswithaction.Throughtheactionresearchmethod,theorganizationstrategyofsmallclassvoicegameisverified,modifiedandperfected:1.thepreparationworkbeforethegametodoenoughtoensurethatthegameiscarriedoutandinteresting;2.Voicegamegoaldesignshouldbescientifictoensuretheintegrityofthegoal;3.Flexiblechangeofvoicegamerulesplay,guidechildrentoabidebytherulesofthegame;4.Putingamematerials,guidechildrentoplayindependently,mastertheirpronunciationmethods.Hopethatthroughtheabovevoicegameorganizationstrategy,caneffectivelyimprovethepronunciationabilityofsmallclasschildren,atthesametimecanprovidevaluablereferenceforteacherstoorganizevoicegames.Keywords:smallclasschildren;phoneticgames;standardpronunciation;organizationalstrategyIII目录引言.................................................................................................................................................1一、绪论........................................................................................................................................2（一）研究背景..................................................................................................................21.小班幼儿语音发展的重要性...............................................................................22.小班幼儿语音发展特点........................................................................................2（二）研究综述.................................................
