-1-(论文)摘要锂离子电池由正负极材料、电解质溶液、电池隔膜和不锈钢外壳经组装所得,隔膜起到分隔电池正负两极,避免电池内部产生短路的重要作用。现在使用的电池隔膜多为微孔聚烯烃膜,这类膜具有良好的电化学稳定性、孔隙率和机械强度,但其仍有一些缺点如:热稳定性差、不易降解和电解液浸润性差等。聚乙烯醇(PVA)是一种先进的高分子材料,具有良好的生物降解性和大量的羟基单元,可以形成牢固的分子内和分子间氢键。羟基磷灰石(HAP)纳米晶因其具有优异的力学性能而被用于增强聚乙烯醇聚合物大纤维。此外,海藻酸钠(Alg)还通过其丰富的羧基官能团作为化学桥将聚乙烯醇和羟基磷灰石结合在一起,与聚乙烯醇和羟基磷灰石相互作用制备出具有层次结构的杂化大纤维PVA/HAP/Alg复合电池隔膜。本课题以PVA、HAP和Alg为原料,将羟基磷灰石和海藻酸钠加入聚乙烯醇中混合搅拌,得到混合纺丝液;然后使用高压静电纺丝制备PVA/HAP/Alg复合隔膜,制备结束后对复合隔膜进行电镜扫描;吸液率;热稳定性;阻燃性;电导率和蓝电池性能等进行测试。关键词:锂离子电池;电池隔膜;静电纺丝;PVA;HAP-II-(论文)AbstractLithiumionbatteryisassembledfromanodeandcathodematerials,electrolytesolution,batterydiaphragmandstainlesssteelshell.Thediaphragmplaysanimportantroleinseparatingthepositiveandnegativepolesofthebatteryandavoidingshortcircuitinsidethebattery.Currently,mostcellmembranesaremicroporouspolyolefinmembranes,whichhavegoodelectrochemicalstability,porosityandmechanicalstrength.However,theystillhavesomedisadvantages,suchaspoorthermalstability,poordegradationandpoorelectrolytewetting.Polyvinylalcohol(PVA)isanadvancedpolymermaterialwithgoodbiodegradabilityandalargenumberofhydroxylunits,whichcanformstrongintramolecularandintermolecularhydrogenbonds.Hydroxyapatite(HAP)nanocrystallinehasbeenusedtostrengthenpolyvinylalcoholpolymerfiberduetoitsexcellentmechanicalproperties.Inaddition,sodiumalginate(Alg)alsocombinedPVAwithhydroxyapatitethroughitsrichcarboxylfunctionalgroupsasachemicalbridge,andinteractedwithPVAandhydroxyapatitetoprepareahierarchicalhybridlargefiberPVA/HAP/Algcompositebatterymembrane.Inthispaper,PVA,HAPandalgwereusedasrawmaterials,hydroxyapatiteandsodiumalginatewereaddedintopolyvinylalcoholtomixandstirtoobtainmixedspinningsolution;thenPVA/HAP/algcompositemembranewaspreparedbyhigh-voltageelectrostaticspinning,andafterthepreparation,thecompositemembranewasscannedbyelectronmicroscope;liquidabsorptionrate;thermalstability;flameretardancy;conductivityandbluebatteryperformanceweretested.KeyWords:Lithiumionbattery;Batterydiaphragm;Electrostaticspinning;PVA;HAP-III-(论文)-V-(论文)目录摘要............................................................................................................................1Abstract..........................................................................................................................II目录............................................................................................................................III第一章绪论..................................................................................................................11.1引言..................................................................................................................11.2锂离子电池......................................................................................................11.2.1锂离子电池的发展历程.......................................................................11.2.2锂电池的组成及工作原理......................
