存储配送服务合同Storageservicecontractof本服务协议由下列甲乙双方于年月日在签订。ThisServiceContractissignedbythefollowingtwopartiesin_on.（如下简称甲方）是根据中华人民共和国有关法律成立并存在的法人实体。企业地址：邮政编码(HereafterreferredtoA)isaisacompanyestablishedinChinainaccordancewithLawofPRC.Legaladdress:Postcode:（如下简称乙方）是根据中华人民共和国有关法律成立并存在的有限责任企业，企业地址:邮政编码：(hereafterreferredtoas)isacompanyestablishedinChinainaccordancewithLawofPRC.Legaladdress:.Postcode:鉴于甲方为保证企业生产，拟把协议所列零部件委托给乙方进行存储配送物流服务，乙方乐意承担协议所列零部件物流服务工作。根据中华人民共和国《协议法》和《仓储保管协议实行细则》的有关规定，经甲乙双方一致同意签订本协议。ToguaranteeC’sproduction,companyAwillentrustBtotakesparepartslogisticsserviceandBwilltakeresponsibilityforlogisticsserviceofallsparepartslistedinthecontract.Bothsidessignthiscontractinaccordancewithpertinentlawtermsin“ContractLaw”ofPRCandthedetailedrulesin“storagecontractactualizingrules”.一、协议所列零部件属性(该表格信息甲方必须详实提供)Detailsofsparepartslistedinthecontract编号Number型号Type车型Typeofvehicle产品价值（元）Value(Yuan)中储价格（元）Priceofstorage(Yuan)1234二、物流服务的范围Logisticsservicearea乙方的中转库将负责实行把协议所列零部件从中转库卸货平台起的卸货、接受、记录、再包装、存储然后配送到企业生产工厂门口的指定接货区，以满足企业汽车的生产。WarehouseofBwilltakeresponsibilityfortheunloading,receiving,recording,repacking,storageofsparepartsandtransportingthemtotheareabesidethefactoryappointedbyCFMA.1、接受与录入Receivingandrecording在中转库的卸货平台将装有协议所列零部件的包装箱从运送卡车中卸下到接受区，根据甲方送货单仔细查对、逐一入库。TounloadcontainerswithunloadingplatforminWarehouseandsendthemtoreceivingarea.ThencheckthemcarefullyaccordingtoASNandsendthemintostorehouse.2、储存Storage甲方在中转库的存储量最低为天，最长不得超过企业天汽车生产计划所需零部件的量，超过部分，按月计收，局限性一月，按一月计费。TheinventoryofcompanyAinWarehouseshallbedaysatleastandnotexceedthedemandofB’sproductionplanofdays.TheexcessispaidbyyYuan/m2.month.Ifthestoragedateislessthanamonth,itwillchargedforonemonth.3、再包装Repacking需再包装的零部件在接受后将由中转库操作人员按规定将包装箱从接受区放置于包装区然后注入于指定的原则容器或物料周转箱内，根据生产计划规定运往工厂或将原则料箱弥补在矮料架上，等待下一次的拉动。Afterbereceived,sparepartswillbesentfromreceivingareatopackingareaandthenputintostandardizedcasesormaterialboxes.Theywillbesenttofactoryorlaidontheshelvesforfurtherplan.4、配送Distribution根据甲方的定单（ASN），按定单拉动空料箱运回中转库然后将对的的零部件注入空料箱内，用拖车运往汽车生产工厂指定的接货区。AccordingtoASN,emptyboxeswillbereturnedtoWarehouseandaccuratesparepartswillbeputin.TrailerswillcarrythemtoreceivingareaappointedbyB.5、紧急拉动Emergentmove中转库将及时配合紧急拉动生产的规定。WarehousewillcooperatewithBforitsrequirements.6、乙方将为甲方提供场地隔离寄存不合格品。CMALwillofferafieldforrejectsstorage.三、服务收费及结算Chargeandbalanceofservice1、服务费Servicecharge(1)、.仓储服务费：按零件个数的计收，数量按当月入库总数计算（含废旧产品的入库）。Storageservicecharge:tobepaidbyspareparts(includingtax)andtheamountofsparepartswillbecalculatedaccordingtotheamountofsparepartswhichhasbeensentintostorehouseatthatmonth（includingoldandwornparts）.(2)、若在协议年...
