一、缺陷分析(1)当前公司礼仪特勤队员分布于各项目基层岗位中,对于公司应对突发性事件的处理存在调动人员手续繁琐,特勤队员赶赴现场处置情况需要较长时间等情况
同时增加了员工在路途中的安全风险
(2)礼仪特勤队员过于分散,执勤装备及服装没有发放到员工保管,每次出勤所穿衣服及领用装备都不同,存在衣服大小不合适
执勤装备不爱惜等因素,增加了管理内耗
(3)特勤队员过于分散于各项目,不利于特勤队的日常培训及作风养成
当前未在公司内部树立良好的榜样形象,也没有建立起应有的集体荣誉感
集训结束后回到项目不能坚持特勤队员良好的精神风貌
也缺乏专业人员的监督管理
(4)特勤队内部缺乏综合素质过硬的带队骨干,每次出勤活动在标准管控,及人员装备配置缺乏固化的标准
