包 头 市 造 纸 厂 废 水 处 理 工 艺摘 要制浆造纸过程中的许多工艺环节都有废水的产生，这些废水不仅对环境有危害，同时也大大提高了成本。为了解决这些问题，寻求一种合理的治理方法显得尤为重要。本设计针对包头造纸厂废水的情况，按照国家和环保部门的要求，需要对该厂产生的污水进行处理。由资料知纸厂生产过程中产生的废水COD 为1400mg/l ，BOD 为500mg/l ，SS为1000mg/l 。结合相关资料中造纸废水处理方法及工艺，根据废纸制浆造纸废水特点，以及污水排放标准，本厂废水处理方案确定为微孔筛网过滤－物化预处理－生化法。通过筛网 ，气浮去除大部分的SS, 再经水解酸化将废水中难降解的有机物转化成可降解的有机物，之后的接触氧化法结合了活性污泥和生物膜的优点，提高了处理效率。关键词：造纸废水；处理方法；接触氧化法；气浮法ABSTRACTWastewater is generated in many aspects during the papermaking process .
