江苏科技大学苏州理工学院2013 届毕业设计（论文）某酒业集团酒糟废水处理工艺设计系 部： 机械与材料工程 专业名称： 环境工程 班 级： 09428141 学 号： 0942814104 作 者: 刘 丽 指导教师: 翟林智 2013 年 6 月 13 日江苏科技大学苏州理工学院本科毕业论文某酒业集团酒糟废水处理工艺设计Vinasse wastewater treatment process design摘 要近年来，随着经济的发展，酒糟生产废水中含有的高浓度有机物成为水污染的主要来源。论文针对某酒业集团的酒糟废水处理工程进行设计，采用 UASB-CASS 工艺对废水进行处理。处理结果表明，进水 COD 为 20000mg/L，出水在 300mg/L 左右，COD 的总去除率达到 98.5%，进水 BOD5为 9400mg/L，出水在 150mg/L 左右，BOD5的总去除率为 98.4%，进水 SS 为 1200mg/L，出水为 200mg/L 左右，SS 的去除率为 83.3%，达到了《污水综合排放标准》（GB8978-96）中新扩改企业发酵行业二级标准和《室外排水设计规范》（GB50014-2003）标准的排放要求。关键词：酒糟废水；UASB 反应器；曝气调节池；CASS 工艺AbstractRecently, with the development of economy, the Wine-Making Industry is developing rapidly, Water pollution is the most sever in alcohol industry.The paper is the design for vinasse wastewater treatment works.
