烟草黑胫病菌 0 号小种不同条件下培养特性的研究苏振刚 王 静 周 佳 等(1.中国农业科学院烟草研究所，青岛 266101；2.中国农业科学院研究生院，北京 100081)摘 要：研究了烟草黑胫病菌 0 号小种的若干培养性状，为进一步展开与之相关的研究和综合防治提供试验依据。本实验用培养基、光照、菌龄、诱导剂和诱导时间等不同因素来研究烟草黑胫病菌 0 号小种的生长速度、产孢量和游动孢子释放量等培养特性。结果表明：将 0.1%KNO3和 1%葡萄糖混合液加入在燕麦培养基上避光培养 21d 的培养皿中，经 26℃恒温培养 72h 后，突降 12℃培养 0.5h，最易产生孢子囊和释放游动孢子。关键词：烟草；黑胫病菌；培养特性；不同因素中图分类号：S435.72Study on the Cultural Characteristics Under Different Conditions of Phytophthora Nicotianae var. nicotianae, Pathogen of Tobacco Blank Shank No.0 Su Zhengang Wang Jing Zhou Jia(1.Tobacco Research Institute of CAAS, Qingdao 266101, China; 2.Graduate School of CAAS, Beijing 100081,China)Abstract: The study was conducted to observe cultural characteristics of Phytophthora nicotianae var. nicotianae, pathogenic of tobacco blank shank No.0, were studied to provide more information for relation study and integrated management of the disease. The study uses experimental medium, light, bacteria age, inducing agents and induction time to observe cultural characteristics of Phytophthora nicotianae Breda de Haan var. nicotianae No.0, such as the growth rate of tobacco, sporangium production and tour dynamic spores release ect. The results showed that: The 0.1% KNO3 and 1% glucose solution are added to cultured 21d oats culture medium dish in the dark by 26 ℃ constant temperature, after 72h culture, dump 12 ℃, 0.5h, most likely to produce sporangia and release of tour dynamic spore.
