开放条件下我国证券交易所发展问题研究分析 金融学专业分析研究

我国证券交易所发展问题研究摘要摘要:20世纪90年代以来，信息技术的飞速发展、资本流动的全球化以及金融管制的不断放松，使证券交易所的发展环境发生了重大变化，原有的市场秩序和自然垄断局面逐渐转变为开放市场条件下竞争和发展。世界各证券交易所为确保自身在全球证券市场中的竞争地位，纷纷进行创新和变革。随着中国的金融业和证券市场改革开放的不断深化，特别是中国加入WTO的过渡期结束，证券交易所的发展面临着新的变化的环境，在开放条件下，竞争发展的问题十分突出。如何解决我国证券交易所在发展过程中的种种弊端正是本文的主要研究内容，同时对我国证券交易所发展的策略提出一些建设性的意见正是本文的意义所在。 关键词：金融开放; 证券交易所; 创新发展Abstract：Since the 1990s, the rapid development of information technology, capital flows,globalization, and financial control, relaxation, stock exchange environment has undergone major changes, the existing market order and natural monopoly is gradually transformed into the open market under the conditions of competition and development. The various stock exchanges in the world to ensure their own competitive position in the global securities markets, have to innovate and change.As China's financial industry and the stock market the continuous deepening of reform and opening up, especially the end of the transition period of China's accession to the WTO, the Stock Exchange, the development is faced with new changing environment under open conditions, the development of competition in a very acute problem. How to solve the drawbacks in the development process of China's stock exchange is the main contents of this article put forward some constructive comments of this article the significance of the development strategy of China's stock exchanges.
