金鑫矿瓦斯抽放设计摘要：金鑫矿金鑫煤矿位于登封市送表乡安庄村，行政区划隶属登封市送表乡管辖，矿区东北距登封市约 25km。主要可采煤层为赋存于山西组下部的二 1煤层，矿井绝对瓦斯涌出量为 16.1 m3/min，相对瓦斯涌出量为 25.47 m3/t。本文从介绍整个矿区概况着手，进而分析二 1煤层瓦斯储量和瓦斯涌出量，并对瓦斯抽放的可行性和必要性进行论证。结合金鑫矿的地质条件和采煤方法，对金鑫矿进行掘进工作面穿层钻孔抽放和顺层钻孔抽放，回采工作面顺层平行抽放和采空区高位钻孔和埋管抽放，并设计钻孔布置。之后结合矿区工业广场具体情况进行地面泵站和瓦斯抽放管路设计，进行管径计算、管网阻力计算、管路敷设，采用水环式真空泵作为瓦斯抽放泵，选取 2BEC42 型水环真空泵。与之匹配的瓦斯抽放泵及附属设施。而后制定预抽放施工有关的安全技术措施和抽放瓦斯管理。关键词：二 1煤层；瓦斯抽放；设计Gas Drainage Design of JinXin Coal MineAbstract: mine coal mine is located in dengfeng city jinxin jinxin send table AnZhuang village township, administrative division of dengfeng city belongs to table jurisdiction, the mining area is about 25 km northeast dengfeng city.
