升血丸补血作用的实验研究袁军清［摘要］目的研究升血丸对血虚小鼠的补血作用。方法用腹腔注射环磷酰胺和皮下注射乙酰苯肼的方法分别制造小鼠血虚模型，观察升血丸对血虚小鼠血小板数、白细胞数、红细胞数、 血红蛋白含量的影响， 比较不同剂量升血丸对血虚小鼠的补血作用。结果各升血丸剂量组小鼠血小板数、白细胞数、红细胞数、血红蛋白含量均有不同程度的升高，中剂量组最为明显。结论升血丸具有一定的补血作用。［关键词］升血丸；血虚模型；贫血；小鼠Experiment study of enriching blood effect of Shengxue pill Abstract:Objective It is to research the enriching blood effect of Shengxue pill in mice with blood deficiency. Methods Blood deficiency mouse models were made respectively by intraperitoneal injection,erythrocyte and the contents of hemoglobin were observed,and the enriching blood effects of different dosage of Shengxue pill on bolld deficiency were compared. Result The amounts of platelet,leukocyte,erythrocyte and the contents of hemoglobin in every Shengxue pill group wer increased more or less,and the increasing degree in middle-dose group was the most obviously. Conclusion Shengxue pill has an enriching blood function. Key words: Shengxue pill; blood deficiency model; anaemia;mouse 升血丸是治疗再生障碍性贫血（再障）的中药方剂，由熟地、当归、山茱萸等组成，具有补肝肾、生精血之功，适用于肝肾虚损、精血不足所致的面色萎黄，头目眩晕，全身乏力，心悸气短，腰膝酸软，手足麻木，身热汗出，口渴思饮，大便干结，出血倾向，再生障碍性贫血见上述请候者。毒理学实验结果表明，升血丸对大鼠的一般状况、体质量、血液学指标、生化指标及主要脏器系数均无明显影响；各脏器肉眼及镜下观察亦无明显病理改变，该药无明显毒性反应，其无毒反应剂量为6.0g/(kg.d)。本实验采用化学性损伤血虚证模型，观察升血丸对血虚模型小鼠血小板数、白细胞数、血红蛋白含量的影响，以便为临床应用提供实验依据。1实验资料1.1动物昆明种小鼠，体质量（20±2）g，雌雄各半，由河北省试验动物中心提供， 许可证号：SCXK（冀）2003-1-003；动物饲料为全价颗粒饲料， ...
