煤制甲醇生产过程职业病危害因素辨识及噪声控制设计 5班 级:安全 0901学生姓名:蒙星龙指导教师:李华摘 要:本文主要介绍我国煤制甲醇职业卫生现状、职业危害辨识控制的意义。概述煤制甲醇工艺流程及其设备原理,辨识甲醇生产过程中的职业病,以及职业危害因素的来源、对人体健康的影响;分析职业病危害防护措施,提出职业危害因素控制措施。根据给定条件,校核假设隔声间是否符合国家规范要求的声压级,经过详细计算与查阅规范,设计符合国家规范要求声压级的隔声间。本文旨在辨识职业病危害因素的种类、来源、存在形式、存在浓度(强度)、危害程度等,分析影响劳动者健康的方式、途径、程度,确定职业病危害监测指标与健康监护指标,为职业病危害监测与评价、劳动者健康监护、以及研究应采取的职业卫生防护控制措施等提供重要依据。关键字:煤制甲醇,职业危害因素辨识,职业病,防治措施,噪声控制设计Coal to methanol production process of occupational hazards identification and noise control design 5 Class:Safety Engineering 0901Name:Meng XinglongInstructor:Prof.LiHuaAbstract: This paper mainly introduces our country coal to methanol occupational health status, occupational hazard identification control significance.
