摘 要随着经济全球化的深入发展，各国经济联系日益密切，山西省作为我国第一产煤、输煤和出口大省，也逐步融入到竞争激烈的国际煤炭市场中，并在我国煤炭出口贸易中占有相当大的比重。2008 年爆发世界金融危机，国际煤炭市场需求量大跌，加之我国煤炭贸易政策、能源战略、产业政策相继调整，均对山西省煤炭出口都造成了巨大的冲击。本文引用相关数据分析山西省煤炭出口的现状，结合波特“钻石模型”分析影响山西省煤炭出口国际竞争力的因素。并针对山西省煤炭出口贸易中的相关问题，提出提升山西省煤炭出口国际竞争力的一系列对策。 关键词： 煤炭出口；波特模型；国际竞争力AbstractWith the deep development of economic globalization, the connection between different countries becomes closer and closer. Shanxi Province, as the main coal mining and exporting province of China, also gradually is involved in the highly competitive international coal market, occupying a large proportion of the coal export of our China. In 2008, the global financial crisis broke out, and the international coal market demand slump. What’s more, China's coal trade policy, energy strategy, industrial policy have been adjusted. These factors have a great influence on the number of Shanxi coal export. This thesis analyze Shanxi coal export situation by collecting data of Shanxi Province, combined with the Porter’s "diamond model", analyzing the international competitiveness factors that influence the coal exports of Shanxi Province.
