沈阳市某综合楼冷热源机房设计摘 要本设计为沈阳市某综合楼空调冷热源设计和空调冷热源自控设计。建筑面积为 127600m3，有地下一层，地上 19 层。通过计算，系统总的制冷量为 2467KW,制冷机组采用活塞式空冷制冷机一台，型号 YKAAAAP45CJF，制冷量为 1230kw,根据房间的功能，夏季提供 7/12℃冷冻水；冬季由板式换热机组提供 50/60℃的热水供空调系统使用。全年采用一台热水锅炉为桑拿洗浴中心提供 50℃卫生热水。本设计采用一台半容积式换热器，三台板式换热器。为了提高水力稳定性，使流量均匀分配，水系统管路采用补水泵补水和定压。第二部分是空调冷热源自动控制，它采用先进的变流量技术。夏季根据冷负荷和供回水参数进行变流量运行调节；冬季根据热负荷和供回水参数进行变流量运行调节。它们都是使用模糊控制算法。本自控还包括其它多种功能，比如：检测，控制。通过本次设计是室内环境得到改善，达到了设计要求。关键词：空调冷热源；制冷机组；半容积式换热器；板式换热器；热水锅炉；自控；变流量AbstractThe design includes the cooling and heating source for air-conditioning system and automation system of a complex building in Qingdao.
