药师参与临床难治性感染治疗案例分析潘莉丽 #，唐发宝（南昌市第三医院临床药学室,南昌市 330009）摘 要: 目的：评价药师合理使用抗菌药物参与临床难治性感染案例的治疗效果。方法：对本院药师参与治疗难治性感染典型病例进行回顾性总结。结果：药师参与制定临床抗感染方案取得明显成效。结论：药师在合理使用抗菌药物治疗临床难治性感染中，对减少细菌耐药性和医药资源的浪费，促进临床的合理用药起重要的作用，体现药师参与临床药物治疗的可行性和必要性。关键词 药师 抗菌药物 难治性感染 合理用药Analysis of Participation of Pharmacists in Medication for Treating Cases of Refractory InfectionsPAN Li-li, TANG Fa-bao (Clinical Pharmacy, Third Hospital of Nanchang City, Nanchang 330009, China)ABSTRACT: OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of rational use of antimicrobials for refractory infection cases with the assistance of clinical pharmacists. METHODS: To retrospectively analyse the medication for treating cases of refractory infections with the assistance of pharmacists in our hospital. RESULTS: The cases of refractory infections treated with the participaton of pharmacists have got obvious efficacy.
