上海医疗器械高等专科学校毕业论文镍钛合金支架概述及其加工姓 名: 张泽毅 系 部: 医疗器械工程 专 业: 药剂设备制造与维护 班 级: 09 药剂 1 班 指导教师: 杨丽英 周飞 完成日期 2012 年 6 月 1 日镍钛合金支架概述及其加工摘 要血管内支架目前主要是采用生物医用金属材料镍钛合金,经过特殊的加工制造手段精制而成的一种专门用于治疗人体血管管腔狭窄或闭塞的管状器件。迄今为止,临床上应用最广的当属冠状动脉支架与外周血管支架。支架不仅要求其材料具有良好的生物相容性,而且对其加工处理工艺也有着非常严格的要求。首先,本文介绍了镍钛合金的发展,镍钛合金具有超弹性变形行为,利用这一特性制备的自膨胀支架具有优异的生物相容性和力学性能。其次,介绍了支架加工技术的发展,以及目前激光雕刻支架对于设备与管材的性能要求。利用高功率光纤激光器解决了支架三维雕刻的问题,得出了不锈钢与镍钛合金支架相应的加工工艺参数。对于支架的后处理,主要介绍了酸洗、抛光、钝化对于支架表面粗糙度、耐蚀性以及血液相容性的影响。在本文工艺指导下,处理后的支架在表面质量方面己经达到甚至超过了进口支架的水平。关键词:血管内支架、镍钛合金、支架、加工Stent overview and its processingABSTRACTEndocaseular stents are usually made of biocompatible metals by special manufacture poreess and they are used to treat the srticture and oeeulsion of the vascular lumen.
