摘要关于自我性格的分析与检验的研究屡见不鲜，而如何在一定程度上作出正确、科学、符合个人特色的自我选择与职业规划则是人生的必由之路。近年来许多学者发现对于自我性格的分析与职业生涯的规划之间有某种密不可分的联系。本文即在众多学者研究的基础上，进一步探究自我性格的四个分析维度、参考具体的职业生涯规划来进行普适性探究，借此为不同职业生涯的规划提供具有普适性的参考选择。关键词：自我性格；分析；职业；规划Abstract:Research on the analysis and test of self-character is common, and how to make correct, scientific and personal characteristics of self-choice and career planning to a certain extent is the only way to life. In recent years, many scholars have found that there is a certain inseparable relationship between the analysis of self-character and career planning.
