摘要用洋火姜作原料，讨论水溶液法提炼 洋火姜多聚糖的技艺要求。在单因素测试前提上，以液料比、提炼时间、提炼温度和提炼次数为考察因子，采用 orthogonal 测试优化提炼洋火姜多聚糖技艺要求。结果显示：最佳技艺要求为料液比 1∶15，提炼时间 20min，提炼温度 50℃，提炼次数 2 次。在此要求下，洋火姜多聚糖得率 1.62%。关键词 洋火姜； 洋火姜多聚糖；提炼；技艺要求I┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊装┊┊┊┊┊订┊┊┊┊┊线┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊ABSTRACTABSTRACT：The technical requirement of extracting polysaccharide from Zingiber officinalis by aqueous solution method was discussed with Zingiber officinalis as raw material. On the premise of single factor test, taking liquid-to-material ratio, extraction time, extraction temperature and extraction times as factors, orthogonal test was used to optimize the technical requirements of extracting polysaccharides from Zingiber officinalis. The results showed that the optimum technological requirements were as follows: the ratio of material to liquid was 1:15, the extraction time was 20 minutes, the extraction temperature was 50 C, and the extraction times were 2 times.
