摘 要电子商务是背靠背的交易,交易双方只能通过交易相对人提供有关信息的方式评估交易双方的资信状况,进而完成电子商务交易。现如今电子商务已经跻身于我国经济发展的重要行业。然而,网络购物大军不断扩大的同时,网购隐患也暴露出来。网购过程中消费者的个人信息被收集利用,围绕个人隐私信息,出现了具有财产属性的所有权和使用权以及经营权,这是电子商务发展的一定阶段之后必然出现的结果。本文以网络购物过程中消费者隐私权的相关法律问题为研究对象,以新出台的《电子商务法》为指导,从个人信息角度出发,探讨我国网购消费者隐私权的保护问题,维护消费者的合法权益。关键词:网络购物;消费者隐私权;个人信息;法律保护ABSTRACTE-commerce is a back-to-back transaction, in which both parties can only evaluate the credit status of the two parties by providing relevant information from the opposite party of the transaction, and then complete the e-commerce transaction.
