常州新奔骏物流公司服务质量改善研究摘要: 在物流企业的发展中，物流服务的作用不可或缺。良好的物流服务能够帮助物流企业建立良好的企业形象，增强企业竞争力，有助于物流企业的长期发展。在新奔骏中，常常顾客满意度不高的现象，主要是物流服务质量不高从而造成了顾客的流失，对企业的长期发展有不利影响。在本文中首先阐述了新奔骏提供的主要物流服务，分析新奔骏的外部环境与内部环境，画出新奔骏的服务蓝图，采用问卷调查的方式找出影响新奔骏物流服务质量的因素并改进，从而提高新奔骏物流服务质量。文章通过对新奔骏物流服务质量分析，得出结论：新奔骏应该致力于公司内部改进，特别是员工素质改进。关键词：新奔骏 服务蓝图 物流服务质量1Research on the Improvement of Service Quality of Changzhou XingBenJun Logistics Company Abstract ： The development of logistics enterprises, the role of logistics services indispensable.
