毕 业 论 文 中 文 摘 要近年来，随着国内对研发投资的重视，研究 开 发 经 费 逐 年 增 加 ， 研 发 也 取 得 了 一 定 的 成果 。 但 与 中 国 经 济 总 量 相 比 ， 研 发 费 用 支 出 仍然 较 少 ， 研 发 费 用 占 比 重 与 发 达 国 家 仍 存 在 较大 差 距 。 在 此 基 础 上 ， 本 研 究 在 文 献 综 述 的 基础 上 提 出 了 三 个 研 究 假 设 ， 并 利 用 该 模 型 对 中小 板 上 市 公 司 样 本 进 行 多 元 回 归 分 析 。 研 究 结果 表 明 ， 机 构 整 体 持 股 比 例 越 高 ， 企 业 研 发 投入 越 多 。 抗 压 力 机 构 投 资 者 与 企 业 研 发 投 资 呈显 著 正 相 关 ， 而 对 压 力 敏 感 的 机 构 投 资 者 持 股对 企 业 研 发 投 资 无 显 著 影 响 。 根 据 研 究 结 果 ，提 出 了 相 应 的 解 决 方 案 。关 键 词 机 构 投 资 者 公 司 治 理 研 发 投 入毕 业 论 文 外 文 摘 要Title Do institutional investors promote R&D investment in enterprises?Empirical evidence from Chinese listed companiesAbstractIn recent years, with the emphasis on research and development investment in China, the research and development funds increase year by year, and research and development has also made some achievements.
