How truly displays this power, the technical innovation and the system innovation must advance in unison.keywords: innovation, sustainable development, technical innovation, system innovation.可持续进展是要寻求一条兼顾当代和子孙后代利益的进展道路，就是要在工业化和城市化的进程中，实现社会、经济的进展与人口、资源、环境的协调和良性循环。党和政府高度重视可持续进展，社会各界对可持续进展也产生了共识。虽然我国在可持续进展战略的实施中已取得了可喜进展，但资源的过快消耗、环境污染和生态破坏，已经成为当前乃至今后较长时期中国经济进展的突出问题。如何解决这一问题？从发达国际的经济实践中我们知道创新是实现中国可持续进展的一条出路。1 中国目前的主要经济问题不可否认，中国经济近几年取得了巨大的进步，无论从宏观统计数据，还是我们的感同身受都可以证明。但是，中国经济还是存在着一些重大缺陷和隐患，概括起来，中国经济的主要问题是：(1)能源紧张中国目前现在各类的矿产资源、能源包括水资源，都非常紧缺。当前铁矿石基本上一半是进口，原油进口接近１亿吨，是全世界第二，仅次于美国，已经超...
