对加强公务员勤政廉政建设的思考摘 要腐败是社会发展的拦路虎，极大的损害了我国社会的发展和经济文化建设，关系到国家的长治久安，关系到党和政府的生死存亡，需要全社会特别是执政党的共同努力。因此,公务员作为国家整理的主体，在新形势下加强公务员的勤政廉政建设,对于坚定中国特色社会主义共同理想,加强公务员的执政能力,提高公务员拒腐防腐能力,增强全社会反腐意识,促进社会经济向好的方向发展奠定了良好的基础。本文从公务员的勤政廉政建设面临的新情况、新问题着手，研究讨论了新形势下公务员勤政廉政建设的有效手段。全文共分四个部分：(1) 勤政廉政问题的提出：我国古代廉政思想起源和我国政府公务员反腐教育的历程，同时分析了我国几种主要的反腐教育形式；(2) 勤政廉政思想和理论：探讨了中国勤政廉政文化建设的思想渊源,然后以勤政廉政建设和勤政廉政文化建设的理论为切入点,厘定勤政廉、政建设、以及文化建设的概念和关系。(3) 勤政廉政建设存在问题：分析了一些国家和地区的勤政廉政建设教育思想和实践，并得出了一些有益于我国公务员勤政廉政教育的启示(4) 勤政廉政建设主要内容：探索了我国勤政廉政的途径和方法，科学的勤政廉政指标体系在勤政廉政建设评价中具有重要地位，要建立、完善反腐勤政廉政教育的长效机制和建立健全教育制度、监督并重的惩治和预防腐败体系。关键词：反腐败；勤政廉政；廉政思想；廉政文化；防腐；体系制度1AbstractCorruption is a stumbling block to the development of society, a great damage to China's social development and construction of economic culture, related to the country's long-term stability, the relationship between the party and the government's life and death, need whole society especially the joint efforts of the ruling party.
