北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计大众 POLO 后轮制动器设计大众 polo 后轮制动器设计摘 要本文从生产成本,制造工艺的难度以及应用的广泛性进行地充分考虑,决定大众polo 后轮制动器采用领从蹄式制动器。设计开始时,通过查询该车型的具体参数,确定汽车的总质量,然后再分析不同制动器之间的优缺点,进行分析对比后,选定设计的制动器类型,再进行制动器的力学参数计算和结构参数计算与确定。接着对主要制动器主要零部件进行设计,计算出具体参数,以及对主要对制动器液压部分的分析以及有关零部件的强度校核,最后分析计算具体参数,分析各种影响因素,从而设计出一款制动效能和制动效能的稳定性在各种制动器中都比较好,而且前进,后退行驶时的制动效果变化不大,结构简单,制造成本低,符合现在的加工要求,还便于调整蹄片和制动鼓之间的间隙,便于附装驻车制动驱动机构的鼓式制动器。关键词:polo 后轮制动器;领从蹄式;制动效能; 北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计Design of Volkswagen Polo Rear Wheel BrakeAbstractIn this paper, in consideration of the production cost, the difficulty of the manufacturing process and the wide application of the full consideration, decided to adopt the polo rear wheel brake collar from the shoe brake.
