北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计单轴应力下碳纤维复合材料的 X 射线谱实验研究单轴应力下碳纤维复合材料的 X 射线谱实验研究摘 要碳纤维复合材料是一种力学性能优异的新材料,它是由有机纤维通过一系列热处理制作转化形成的,其不仅保留了碳纤维固有的力学特性以及特征,而且新具备了纺织纤维的柔软性和可加工性,碳纤维复合材料在不同方向或大小的应力下性能会有所变化,因此,分析碳纤维复合材料在单轴拉压载荷下的应力变化会对无损检测行业有着重要的意义。文章论述了 X 射线衍射原理以及测定应力常数,利用电子万能材料试验机对碳纤维层合板进行拉伸试验,使用试验机施加足够单轴拉应力使碳纤维层合板断裂形成断面,再利用 X 射线衍射衍射仪检测断面的残余应力变化,结合知识分析结果数据和衍射谱与晶面间距之间的关系,并推广 X 射线衍射仪在无损检测技术中的应用以及未来发展的展望。关键词:碳纤维复合材料;单轴应力;X 射线衍射;残余应力北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计Experimental study on X-ray spectrum of carbon fiber composite under uniaxial stressAbstractCarbon fiber composite material is a kind of excellent mechanical properties of new materials, it is made into organic fiber through a series of heat treatment, it not only retains the inherent mechanical properties and characteristics of carbon fiber, and the new have the softness and machinability of textile fiber, carbon fiber composite material under different directions or the size of the stress performance varies, as a result, the analysis of carbon fiber composite materials under uniaxial tension and compression load stress changes on nondestructive testing industry has important significance.
