摘 要数字信息时代的到来，推动着社会的进步与发展，世界万物之间的关系越来越呈现着互相交织，密不可分的局面。教育作为社会关系中的一个子系统，不论是从宏观还是微观来看，教育中的各种关系也在发生着越来越复杂的变化。此篇论文重点探析的是教师在当代这种新型的师生关系背景下如何摆正自己的角色来建立师生之间的关系，即教师的理想角色之于良好师生关系形成的意义的研究。本篇论文的大致结构如下：首先，就是引言，涵盖三个内容。其次，论述的是教师理想角色的内涵与特点。第三，论述的是教师理想角色之于良好师生关系形成的意义。第四，论述的是由于教师对自己角色的不科学定位致使师生关系不和谐的现状，及造成这种现状的原因分析。最后一部分就是解决方案，即构建教师理想角色以形成良好师生关系的策略思考。关键词：教师角色；教师理想角色；良好师生关系AbstractThe arrival of the digital information age, to promote the progress and development of society, the relationship between the world more and more presents the intertwined, inseparable situation.
