本科论文摘 要本文主要内容为针对当前我国公共图书馆的志愿者管理问题进行相应的研究, 公共图书馆志愿服务是现代公共文化服务体系建设的重要内容之一,志愿者突显自愿性,能够主动承担社会责任。文章在参考借鉴国内外相关文献的基础上,针对济南市公共图书馆志愿者管理现状进行了实证调查,分析了在志愿者激励管理、招募、培训以及工作安排管理等方面存在的问题及原因,并提出了进一步如何完善公共图书馆志愿者管理制度方面的对策建议。关键词:公共图书馆、志愿者、激励管理、自愿性本科论文AbstractThe main content of this paper is to study the volunteer management of Public Library in our country. The volunteer service of public library is one of the important contents of the construction of modern public cultural service system.
