It tends to lessen inequality among property insurance companies. Some insurance companies`s monopoly of property insurance,the insurance coverage is tend to be similar.Based on the case of Jiugang,the current situation of the development of enterprise property insurance analyses, it was based on the theory of property insurance.Analyzes the main problems existing in the development, and formulate some corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions. The management of enterprise property insurance to handle aspects of value, risk and sustainable development problems are put forward.It is benefit to insurance management and improve the quality,in order to reduce losses caused by accident in property.
