下载后可任意编辑Decorin 因子对人胃癌细胞及其表达的 MG7 蛋白的作用 【摘要】 目的 讨论 decorin 因子对人胃癌细胞 BGC-823 的抑制作用，以及对胃癌细胞特异表达的 MG7 蛋白的影响。方法 肿瘤细胞用含不同剂量 decorin 的细胞培育液培育，应用 MTT 测定法来测定生长抑制率，电镜技术来观察细胞凋亡情况，免疫组化技术来检测细胞内 MG7 蛋白含量。结果 decorin 对胃癌细胞具有生长抑制作下载后可任意编辑用,并呈现时间和剂量依赖性。电镜下可观察到凋亡细胞，免疫组化发现细胞内 MG7的 含 量 在 处 理 前 后 有 明 显 变 化 。 结 论 decorin 因子抑制人类胃癌细胞生长，诱导其产生凋亡，有望作为一种新的凋亡诱导剂用于胃癌的治疗，并且该因子的作用与细胞内 MG7 含量有密切关系。 【关键词】 decorin；胃癌细胞；MG7蛋白 Influences of decorin on the BGC-下载后可任意编辑823 cell and MG7 protein 【Abstract】 Objective To exp1ore the effect of decorin on the BGC-823 cell and MG7 The growth inhibition of cells induced by various concentrations of decorin in different time course was analyzed by using MTT assay.
