人力资源部 HR Department QHR.106.01员工试用期满转正Procedure for Formal Employment after Probation Period页码Page1 of 3替代Replace/起草者Prepared byHR翻译者Translated byHR审核者Reviewed byHR Manager批准者Approved byGM生效日Effective Date2024/10/01适用于Valid forAll1. 目的 Purpose本标准操作规程(SOP)描述了员工试用期届满时,各部门的操作程序。This SOP describes the procedure for all departments when employee’s probation period is close to over.2. 范围 Scope本 SOP 适用于所有试用期届满的员工。This SOP applies to all employees who shall finish his/her probation period.3. 责任 Responsibility3.1人力资源部负责在试用期满前分别向员工及其所在部门主管/经理发放试用期满申请转正申请表。It is the responsibility of HR for sending out the Application for Formal Employment after Probation to the employee and the line supervisor/manager respectively before expiry of the term of the probation period.3.2员工及其部门经理需根据试用期满申请转正申请表上内容如实地填写,并及时交至人力资源部。It is the responsibility of staff and manager of department for filling in the Application to be Formal Employment (Probation Assessment, see Attachment 1-2) according to the fact and returning back to HR in time.4.定义 Definition试用期:与公司签订劳动合同时双方约定试用期,试用期包含在合同期限之内。试用期内下载后可任意编辑被证明不符合录用条件的,公司有权随时解除劳动合同;员工在试用期内也可以随时通知公司解除劳动合同。Probation Period: the probation period could be specified in Labour Contract while the company sign Labour Contract, which should be included in the period of contract.
