Carbon finance is the financial form in accord with low-carbon economy, and plays an important pole in economic development. The Construction of low-carbon finance systems should play the role of government’s intervention and market’s regulation collaboratively, adhere to eco-efficiency priority and pay attentions to both financial innovation and financial supervision.
