宏辉果蔬公司的线上线下营销策略研究内 容 摘 要随着研究我国企业电子商务行业市场的越来越繁荣,020 模式和二维码扫描技术的快速经济发展,农产品可以利用线上和线下业务的深度整合,在新的零售时代背景下,促进中国传统农产品物流产业的转型升级。本文选取宏辉果蔬公司研究其线上线下营销策略,并根据其在线上线下营销策略研究的过程中所出现的问题及应用的策略进行研究,希望可以为企业的发展和实际应用提供一些参考。本文是通过参考文献查阅,收集数据资料,了解企业相关营销管理策略理论文献,收集相关案例资料,并对案例进行分析,先对传统零售与线上线下营销相关概述进行了论述,并在这个基础上,通过对宏辉果蔬公司的线上线下营销方式进行社会调查研究,研究其常用的如公司网站营销、价格策略、促销策略等策略方法,找到其线上线下营销存在的主要问题,宏辉果蔬公司应该加强对销售渠道区域进行整合;完善市场的布局应拓宽产销渠道以及优化销售网络;让线上线下销售渠道能更好地融合加强合作沟通,充分发挥线上平台的作用。关键词:农产品;传统零售;线上线下营销策略IResearch on Online and Offline Marketing Strategy of Great-Sun Foods Co, LtdAbstractWith the development of e-commerce market and the rapid economic development of 020 model and two-dimensional code scanning technology, agricultural products can make use of the in-depth integration of online and offline businesses to promote the transformation and upgrading of China's traditional agricultural product logistics industry in the new retail era.
