华为手机营销策略研究摘 要:本文在对华为手机营销策略现状分析的基础上,提出了华为手机营销策略中营销渠道结构混乱、营销策略不完善、渠道建设与业务发展不相称、营销渠道资源混乱售后服务不足以及存在盗版的营销渠道等问题,通过对问题产生原因的分析,进一步提出了华为手机应通过优化营销渠道的分布,优化营销渠道布局和拓展现有渠道宽度,发展多渠道营销策略,打击盗版经销渠道,进行营销渠道资源整合增强售后服务等方法来解决华为手机营销策略中存在的问题,并在文章最后在发展战略和策略方面给其他的国产手机品牌一些参考和启示。关键词:华为;现状;问题;措施Huawei mobile marketing strategy researchAbstract: Based on the analysis of the current situation of HUAWEI Mobile Phone's makerting strategy,this paper puts forward some problems. For example, marketing channel's resources and structure are quite confusing; marketing strategy is not perfect; channels construction and business development does not match; and there are pirated marketing channels in the market,etc. . Through the analysis of the causes of the problem, this paper puts forward some methods to solve the problems in the matkerting strategy. For example, to optimize the distribution of marketing channels; to optimize the distribution of resources; to broaden the width of channels; to develop multi-channels' marketing strategy; to combat the pirared marketing channels; to integrate the resources of marketing channels, etc..
