I北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文事业单位改革背景下教师激励问题研究 ——以深圳市 L 中学为例摘 要党的十八大以来,事业单位改革进一步深化,义务教育阶段下的公立学校被划分为一类公益事业。尽管公立学校因其组织稳定性、教育公平性的需要,不会发生根本性的的变化,但在事业单位改革浪潮下,公立学校也相应地产生了变革。素质教育质量的提升,离不开高素质的教师。如何提升教师的工作积极性,是教育部门和教育管理者们工作的目标之一。本文基于事业单位改革背景,以深圳市 L 中学为例对教师激励问题进行研究。调查改革后教师对激励的感知、工作满意度状况;发现事业单位改革对教师激励的正负影响,并针对负面影响提出相应的对策建议。关键词:事业单位改革;公立中学教师;人员激励II北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文AbstractSince the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the reform of public institutions has been further deepened, and public schools under the stage of compulsory education have been classified as a type of public welfare undertakings. Although public schools will not undergo fundamental changes due to their organizational stability and educational equity requirements, public schools have undergone corresponding changes under the wave of reform of public institutions. The improvement of quality education is inseparable from high-quality teachers. How to improve teachers' work enthusiasm is one of the goals of education departments and education managers. Based on the background of public institution reform, this paper takes Shenzhen L Middle School as an example to study the problem of teacher motivation. Investigate the teachers 'perception of motivation and job satisfaction after the reform; find the positive and negative effects of the reform of the public institution on teachers' motivation, and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the negative effects.Keywords: publ...
