(d) Certificate of quality/quantity/weight in one (1) original and one (1) copy issued by Project consultant representative from Maunsell Powergrid Limited indicating the actual surveyed quality quantity/weight of shipped goods as well as the packing conditions; (e) Truck Receipt in one (1) original and one (1) copy indicating *Freight Prepaid" showing shipment from Bangkok Thailand to Saravan, Lao PDR consigned to Buyer. 10. COMPLETE CONTRACT Ai\D ASSIGNMNNT: (a) The terms and conditions found within this Contract constitute the complete and final understanding of the Seller and the Buyer (hereinafter 'the Parties') with respect to the commodity referred to herein. No modification or release from and provision hereof shall be effective unless the same shall be confirmed in writing by the Parties.
