下载后可任意编辑屋顶风机工程应用现状及改进措施 陈爱东 段焕林 (河南纺织高等专科学校 450007)摘要 ：介绍了屋顶风机类型及特点，指出了目前屋顶风机在设计和使用中存在的问题，针对存在问题提出了屋顶风机注意问题及产品改进措施，给出了经改进后屋顶风机的的实际结构形式。关键词：屋顶式风机，应用现状，存在问题, 设计，改进措施 Roof wind machine project applies current situation and improves measure Chen Aidong ,Duan Huanlin（henan textile college 450007） Abstract:: Sum up roof wind machine type and characteristic , point out the problem that the roof wind machine product there exists in at present in designing and using middle, the function improving a product and structure having brought forward roof wind machine product improvement measure and having designed problem, Have given the reality as a result of improving queen roof wind machine's out structureKeyword: Roof wind machine，Apply current situation , Existence question，Designs ， improvement measure中图分类号：TM 925.211 前言随着企业生产规模的不断扩大，大面积联合厂房越来越多。以天窗和边侧窗为主体构成的自然通风系统，及沿外墙安装轴流风机组成的机械通风系统，已远不能满足生产车间对通风换气质量及卫生标准的要求。近年来屋顶风机系统在工程上应用呈上升趋势[3]，然而其质量与性能参差不齐，应用中存在着不少问题[4]。本文介绍屋顶风机应用现状及存在问题，并提出相应改进措施。2 屋顶风机的类型及特点：屋顶风机分为屋顶送风机与屋顶排风机两大系列[1] [2]，其分类一般按所配风机形式分为：离心式和轴流式两大类；根据防雨帽的具体形式又有上排风和下排风之分；从制作材料方面既有全金属结构又有玻璃钢结构和钢-玻璃钢复合式结构等。2.1 轴流式风机2.1.1 屋顶排风机：从其防雨部分结构形式来看，屋顶送风机主要有伞形防雨帽；锥形防雨帽；半球形防雨帽和筒形防雨帽等，其中锥形和半球形防雨帽以上排风为主，伞形防雨帽以下排风为主，筒形防雨帽上下均可排风。从空气的扩散性能与对附近环境的影响方面分析，以上排风为主的防雨帽，向上的排风出口风速均在 5.0～8.0 m/s 左右，可以把排出的污...
