河北工程大学毕业设计I 摘 要我国果园多采用单户小面积栽植方式,普通农业机械的果园通过性低,果园管理作业几乎都要靠人工来完成,工作效率非常低,直接影响着果树的生长、果实产量、果品质量及果农经济效益。近几年随着我国果树栽培模式的变革,一些新建果园采用矮砧密植型栽培模式,并对传统的乔砧密植型果园进行间伐提干改型,为果园机械化作业提供了发展条件。本课题针对果园作业机械现状及其需求, 通过对国内外多功能果园作业机械发展现状调查分析,结合园艺技术,研究设计了专门用于辅助果树修剪、植保、果实采摘、运输等具有一机多用型的果园作业平台。所做主要工作包括:根据果树栽培模式及园艺要求,确定多功能果园作业平台的总体设计参数,根据机具的作业环境,采用履带式行走机构,在分析履带式行走机构和剪叉式升降台的工作原理的基础上,通过运动学和动力学知识确定总功耗等基本参数。 矚慫润厲钐瘗睞枥庑赖。关键词: 果园;作业平台;底盘河北工程大学毕业设计II AbstractBecause of our orchards are mostly planted a small area of single-family way,common agricultural machinery hard to cross orchard,orchard management practices have to rely on manual methods,work efficiency is very low,directly affects the impact on fruit growth, yield,fruit quality and economic efficiency of farmers.
