芜湖市中小企业人才管理研究摘 要：随着我国经济体制不断地深化改革，中小企业已成为我国市场经济发展和科技创新中最有活力和生命力的组成部分，中小企业作为我国国民经济重要的组成部分，发挥着大企业难以取代的作用。在新时代的背景下，知识型经济在我国社会经济发展中越来越占据主导地位，人才已经成为一个企业重要的战略资源，企业只有抓住人才这一重要因素，才能在激烈的市场竞争中处于不败之地。以安徽省芜湖市的中小企业为例，研究中小型企业对人才的管理的现状以及发展的主要策略。关键词：芜湖市；中小型企业；人才；人才管理Research on talent management of small and medium enterprises in WuhuAbstract： As Chinese economic system constantly deepening reform, small and medium-sized enterprises have become the most dynamic part and the vitality of Chinese market economy development and technological innovation in small and medium-sized enterprises, as an important part of our national economy, play an irreplaceable role in large enterprises. Under the background of new era, the knowledge economy is becoming more and more dominant in China's social and economic development, talent has become an important strategic resource of enterprises, enterprises should seize the important factors of talent, to be in an invincible position in the fierce competition in the market.
