I武汉高校旅游管理专业大学生就业满意度调查研究摘 要旅游行业的发展趋势逐渐上升,武汉作为新型一线城市紧跟时代步伐,大力发展旅游这一第三产业。武汉各大高校也开始重点培养旅游管理类人才,但是如何培养与旅游行业就业形势相符的大学生,如何提升武汉高校旅游管理类毕业的学生就业综合体验,使其更好地为旅游行业的发展添砖加瓦,是目前亟待解决的问题。本文采用问卷调查法确定了对就业是否满意的影响因素,该问卷进行了 2次筛选以确保问卷各项目的有效性,修改好的问卷随机抽取的 5 所高校收回 42份有效问卷,并对其结果进行因子分析,选用主成分法抽取出特征值大于 1 的 3个公因子,再进行多元回归分析得出 3 个关键因子与就业满意度之间的关系。该研究的结果证明:工作预期、个人能力以及社交活动与就业满意度之间为正向影响关系,且在 3 个变量中工作预期对影响就业满意度的贡献量最大。关键词:武汉大学生;旅游管理;就业满意度 II IIIA Survey on the Employment Satisfaction of College Students Majoring in Tourism Management in WuhanABSTRACTThe development trend of tourism industry is gradually rising.Wuhan,as a new first-tier city,keeps pace with the times and vigorously develops tourism,a tertiary industry.Major universities in Wuhan have also begun to focus on training professionals in tourism management.
