摘要随着我国经济的快速发展和人民的生活水平的不断提高,人们的购物方式从以前的单一购物模式逐渐朝着多样化的角度发展。在此背景下,促进了物流行业的突飞猛进,快递企业的蒸蒸日上。但是在面临着巨大的市场竞争压力下,如何创造更多的利润,获得更大的盈利空间,是每一个物流企业普遍关系的问题。据研究发现,配送效率低下,配送成本高是制约快递行业发展的结症。“最后一公里”作为配送的末端环节,在整个物流运输成本中占有很大的比重,因此成为了每一个快递企业提高其竞争力的关键环节。本文以“最后一公里”配送现状为背景进行研究,发现其存在配送服务质量低、配送成本高、基础设施不完善等问题。并基于这三个角度提出了针对不同客户建立不同的配送方法、实现可视化配送服务、发展联合配送、利用无人机配送和充分利用现代信息技术等策略,为物流企业“最后一公里”配送的优化提高参考意见。关键词:物流;最后一公里 ;配送;策略分析17Logistics "Last Mile" Distribution Strategy AnalysisAbstractWith the rapid development of China's economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standards, people's shopping mode has gradually developed from a single shopping mode to a diversified perspective.
