本科论文摘 要随着物流业的发展,货物的存储尤为主要。仓储,是现今物流系统的重要组成部分以及货物的流动,只有对物流仓储体系进行符合实际的布局规划,不仅可以提高货物流通的速度,还可以使企业的生产加工更加顺利。目前,中国汽车市场发展形势很好,仍然保持快速上升趋势,汽车零部件仓储系统作为汽车零部件物流系统的主要组成部分,将会加快汽车零部件物流市场的进展,越来越受到管理者的重视。伴随着计算机仿真技术的快速发展和日趋完善,利用仿真手段对汽车零部件仓储系统进行模拟仿真已经越来越受到学术界和企业管理者的关心。本文通过 Flexsim 仿真软件来对仓储系统进行布局模拟,以 Z 公司为研究背景,阐述了相关的仓储理论和仿真理论。以 Z 公司的实际仓储需求为背景,对仓库功能区进行了布局规划,解析了其入库流程和出库流程,建立了仓库的概念模型,最后通过 Flexsim 软件来进行仓储仿真。解决了 Z 公司的仓储需求,满足了宝马的零部件入场物流服务。研究汽车零部件存储系统的仿真构建,可以给企业提供前期的计划支持。在仓储规划设计中,提前进行建模分析,不仅可以避免公司新规划项目中的重大失误,而且还可以降低企业不必要的损失,最后可以通过仿真结果对相关问题进行分析,提前解决不必要的问题。关键词:仓储系统;布局规划;仿真;Flexsim本科论文AbstractWith the development of logistics, the storage of goods is important.
