本科论文摘 要我国是一个农业大国，农产品占市场的绝大多数，由于消费者需求的变化，对农产品的需求也在增加。随着人们生活水平的不断提高，供应链需求增加。如何降低物流配送成本，加大运作流程的效率是各企业关注的问题。目前，大部分的物流公司仍存在着配送成本过高，配送路线不合理等一些问题，所以，如何通过优化配送路径，降低配送成本，提高配送运营的效率成为了冷链物流企业当前需解决的问题。本设计主要了以下几个方面的内容：(1) 本文的研究对象是 J 公司农产品配送的路径。运用物流专业的知识分析了公司物流配送的情况，在运送途中发现了一些问题，包括配送人员不重视时间约束，公司配送体系不健全，配送路径选择以经验为主等。(2) 针对公司的实际情况，运用节约里程法首先进行了基本假设和约束及变量定义，然后对公司配送中心及客户的基本数据进行了收集，并运用节约里程法对数据进行了求解，得出结果后，使用 MATLAB 软件对结果进行了验证。(3) 采用里程节约法对原路线进行优化后，比较了优化前后的里程、车辆装载率和配送成本，都在一定程度上得到了优化，配送的作业时间大量减少，配送作业的流程更加合理。通过路线优化，得到了一些可以提高配送中心工作效率管理启示。 关键词：冷链物流；配送路线；优化；节约里程法本科论文AbstractChina is a large agricultural country, agricultural products account for the vast majority of the market, due to the changes in consumer demand, so its distribution requirements for agricultural products are also increasing.
