电商物流仓库“绿色化”的实施研究—以东百园区休食仓为例【摘要】随着电商市场越来越大，随之产生的物流活动也越来越多，而涉及其中的资源问题、环保问题日渐加剧，但对于大多物流企业来说，要投身于绿色物流仍比较困难，因为需要考虑到企业效益、经营情况、资金等因素。为了能让企业更加容易的实施绿色物流，本文通过实地调查，对东百园区休食仓进行实地观察与体验，在参与仓库内部的日常运营中，发现了仓库运营当中拣货、包装等操作存在的资源利用和人员培训问题，并通过文献研究结合实地加以分析，对日常的包装流程建立耗材选择标准来促进减量化，同时，对培训内容进行分析，结合实际情况对培训内容分层级来优化员工培训。通过这些细节改善，来促进仓库内的日常运营活动绿色化，以推进绿色物流。【关键词】电商仓库;电商物流;绿色化Research on the implementation of "green" e-commerce logistics warehouse——Take Dongbai Park as an example[Abstract] With the electronic commerce market growing ， more and more logistics activities are produced ， and the resource and environmental protection problems involved are becoming more and more serious ， but for most logistics enterprises, It is still difficult to join in green logistics, because we need to take into account the enterprise's benefit, operation, capital and other factors.
