基于 SLP 的 A 企业生产物流系统布局规划与仿真研究【摘要】随着经济全球化、市场需求多样化、市场快速响应化越来越明显，企业的生产物流系统布局规划制约企业的生产效率也越来越明显了。本文主要以 A制造企业为例，针对其生产特点对其生产物流系统进行科学性、系统性的布局规划。具体内容如下：本文首先对系统布局规划法及 Flexsim 仿真软件进行介绍，并且针对该企业的生产物流系统所收集到的数据分析其现状，然后运用 SLP 法对其生产物流的作业单元进行物流关系及非物流关系分析，在此基础上结合该企业的实际情况进行改善和重新布局。最后通过 Flexsim 仿真技术对新旧的方案进行生产模拟和对比以确保方案可靠和有效，能够使 A 制造公司的物料搬运顺畅，避免无效运输，缩短搬运距离，缩短生产周期，提高企业内部物流的运作效率和降低企业内部物流成本。【关键词】生产物流系统；布局规划；SLP 法；系统仿真Research on layout planning and Simulation of production logistics system of enterprise A based on Systematic Layout Planning[Abstract] With the economic globalization, the diversification of market demand and the rapid response of market, the layout of production logistics system restricts the production efficiency of enterprises more and more obviously. In this paper, a manufacturing enterprise is taken as an example to make a scientific and systematic layout plan for its production logistics system.
