基于 SPD 模式的医用耗材物流管理优化——以中山市人民医院为例【摘要】随着医疗体制的改革，医用耗材在现代医疗中的作用也越来越突出，传统医用耗材管理模式存在的文题也日益凸显，如管理粗放、信息化水平不高、“囤货”与“缺货”并存、医疗工作时间被占用等问题，传统的医用耗材管理模式不仅提高了医院成本还降低了管理效率。本文通过对中山市医院的医用耗材管理现状进行调查，剖析耗材管理存在的问题，并以中山市人民医院医用耗材管理为例对基于 SPD 模式的医用耗材管理进行了探索，分析其引用 SPD 模式后的使用效果并对 SPD 模式实施过程中遇到的问题进行分析和提出解决方案，为其他医院需要引入 SPD 智慧型供应链系统提供参考依据。SPD 模式的运用实现了医用耗材全过程的信息化管理，在做到医用耗材全程追溯的同时，也规范了医用耗材的出入库和结算流程，提高了中山市人民医院对医用耗材的精细化管理水平。【关键词】SPD；医用耗材；精细化管理；智慧供应Optimization of medical consumables logistics management based on SPD model -- a case study of zhongshan people's hospital[Abstract]As the medical system reform, the role of medical consumables in modern medicine has become increasingly prominent, the traditional mode existing in the management of medical consumables title is also growing, such as rough management, informationization level is not high, "stock up" and "unavailable" coexist, medical problems, such as working time was taken, the traditional medical consumables management model not only improves the efficiency of management of hospital cost is also reduced.
