京东乐歌物流园区仓配一体化的分析与改进【摘要】近年来，电商行业发展迅速，对人们的消费习惯产生了巨大影响，物流压力剧增。为了适应电商行业的飞速发展，物流企业应当建立自己的仓配一体化方案。本文通过观察法和文献调查法对京东乐歌物流园区的仓配一体化流程进行剖析，详细介绍其仓配一体化的运作流程，然后通过访谈法收集员工意见以及管理人员的相关数据，指出其仓配一体化流程的不足之处，最后以 ESIA分析法为基础在京东乐歌物流园区的仓配一体化方案上进行改进。【关键词】电商行业；仓配一体化；京东乐歌物流园区；分析与改进Analysis and improvement of warehouse distribution integration in Jingdong lege Logistics Park[Abstract] In recent years, the rapid development of e-commerce industry has a huge impact on people's consumption habits, logistics pressure increases dramatically. In order to adapt to the rapid development of e-commerce industry, logistics enterprises should establish their own integrated plan of warehouse distribution integration. This paper analyzes the warehouse distribution integration process of Jingdong lege logistics park by observation method and literature survey method, introduces the operation process of warehouse distribution integration in detail, then collects staff opinions and relevant data of management personnel by interview method, points out the shortcomings of the warehouse distribution integration process, and finally improves the warehouse distribution integration scheme of Jingdong lege Logistics Park based on the ESIA analysis method.
