校园物流“最后一公里”服务质量研究和解决方案分析——以广东药科大学中山校区为例【摘要】21 世纪是互联网发展的黄金时期,随着而来改变了人们的支付方式以及消费观念,网购以它的便捷性和丰富的促销方式,得到越来越多的消费者的青睐。今天,高校已经成为网络消费的主战场,这也使得校园物流面临越来越大的包裹处理的压力。而校园物流作为物流环节的末端,它的服务效率直接影响着学生的购物体验。然而,校园物流的“最后一公里”所面临的问题却日益突出,形成了阻碍高校物流健康发展的重要原因。由于此类问题一直得不到有效的解决,不仅增加了快递管理成本,又造成了校园秩序的混乱,因而物流配送的效率和质量受到严重影响。本文以广东药科大学中山校区内的菜鸟驿站为对象进行调研,制定服务质量量表,利用发放问卷调查、实地考察、查阅文献和数据分析等方法进行校园最后一公里的配送问题分析,并根据调查现状尝试性地提出相应的优化对策。【关键词】校园物流;最后一公里;快递;对策Last kilometer of campus logistics quality research and solution analysis -- take the Zhongshan Campus of Guangdong Pharmaceutical University as an example[Abstract] The 21st century is the golden period of Internet development, with the change of people's payment methods and consumption concept, online shopping with its convenience and rich promotion, attracted a large number of consumers, and gradually formed an important way of shopping and even the main shopping methods.
