I“互联网+”提升中小企业物流管理水平内 容 摘 要“互联网+”是可以用于多个领域的科学技术进步的产物，拥有着相当完整的大数据的同时，还有着信息化和网络化的特点。我国经济发展也随着它的到来产生了十分乐观的影响。但与此同时，在“互联网+”的浪潮之下，是竞争加剧，是各项科学技术水平的提升。规模和经济都处在弱势的中小企业应该要认识到“顺之者昌，逆之者亡”，不能忽略其中的问题和威胁。文章将“互联网+”政策的发展对中小企业的 SWOT 影响进行分析，基于分析提出提升中小企业物流管理水平的相应措施，以及对未来发展的展望。关键词：物流管理；互联网+；SWOT 分析；创新路径；IIResearch on how to improve medium-sized and small enterprises logistics management level about Internet plus.AbstractInternet plus policy, which is the product of scientific and technological progress， can be applied to many fields. The characteristics of Internet plus is to own the fairly complete big data and information and networking. China's economic development also benefit on it ，and has a very optimistic impact with its arrival. But at the same time, under the tide of "Internet plus", competition is intensified, and all levels of science and technology have been upgraded. Small and medium-sized enterprises, whose scale and economy are both in a weak position, should realize that "those who are in the right direction will prosper while those who are in the wrong direction will perish", and should not ignore the problems and threats. This thesis analyzes the four aspects of the development of the Internet plus policy, including the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of SMEs.
